About the Position

  • Verify and post journal entries, ledger accounts, and other financial transactions
  • Develop and implement purchasing programs, including vendor selection and procurement category management
  • Manage daily AP emails and workflow process for approvals, timeliness, and accuracy
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor information
  • Prepare cash movement entries, invoice journals, and daily bank activities
  • Process vendor invoices, manage payment files, and submit checks and vouchers for review
  • Assist with year-end accounting tasks, including 1099 and 1096 form preparation
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports and schedules

Qualifications

Preferred college degree and 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience.

Estimated Salary: $70k - $80k per annum.
