Job Description

We are seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and registered nurses (RNs) to join our teams in Pendleton, Indiana, at the following facilities:

  • Correctional Industrial Facility
  • Pendleton Correctional Facility
  • Pendleton Juvenile Correctional Facility

As an LPN or RN at Centurion Health, you will be responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients. Working under the direction of the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of the patient.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Indiana LPN/RN license or compact license
  • Current CPR certification
  • No prior corrections experience required (new graduates welcome)
  • Able to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and criminal background check
Available Shifts

The available shifts for this position include:

  • LPN: Day and night shifts, three 12-hour shifts per week, every other weekend, and PRN
  • RN: Day and night shifts, three 12-hour shifts per week, every other weekend, and PRN
