Job Summary

TalenTPro Consulting, Inc. is seeking a skilled Welder Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our fabrication department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality welding processes on aluminum and steel parts and assemblies.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding processes on aluminum and steel parts and assemblies to required tolerances using welding metals and metal alloys.
• Determine layouts and weld parts and assemblies according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process control procedures.

Our fabrication shop is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and a team-oriented work environment. You will be working closely with a team of experienced professionals who share a commitment to excellence and quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in welding and fabrication.
• Ability to weld tubes of different alloys (aluminum, titanium, stainless steel, Inconel, copper).
• Ability to perform chamber welding, turntable manual, and orbital welding.
• Passing tests plates to become certified to weld.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
