WHO WE ARE

B & B Trucking is a family-run business committed to providing our drivers with the best working environment. We offer more home time, dedicated runs, and a consistent schedule. Our trucks are safe, reliable, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including LoadTrek for E-logs. Our 24/7 dispatch team ensures our drivers have everything they need, allowing them to spend more time on the road and less time on administrative tasks.

WHAT WE DO

We haul mail for the United States Postal Service, with a majority of our freight being dedicated, round-trip. Our drivers operate between postal facilities and/or relay points, loading and unloading trailers with or without mechanical freight-handling equipment.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Hometime: Home daily, home every other day, home weekly, or OTR for a few weeks
• Pay: Hourly ($17.80-$22.70 per hour, plus additional H&W hourly after 90 days) or mileage pay, depending on the load

Equipment: Most trucks are 5 years old or newer, with a mix of Volvos and Internationals. They are governed at 68 MPH and equipped with APUs and refrigerators. 95% of our trucks are automatics, with 5% being manuals.

Requirements:

• Class A CDL
• Clean MVR
• Minimum 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
• Ability to work flexible schedules and cover vacations and call-ins
• English language proficiency
• Knowledge of DOT regulations governing hours of service, safe driving, and vehicle inspection
