Job Title: Physician Assistant - ENT

Align ENT & Allergy is a leading provider of ENT and Allergy services in the Northeast. We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join our team in Southeast Pennsylvania.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Physician Assistant with a strong background in ENT to provide high-quality patient care in a private practice setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with a range of ENT conditions, including pediatric and adult patients.
  • Perform ENT procedures, such as fiberoptic scope exams, drainage abscesses, and tracheostomy care.
  • Provide patient services under the direct supervision of attending physicians.
  • Responsible for evaluating patients, obtaining medical history, performing ENT exams, ordering imaging, and developing care plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
  • Administer medications and refill prescriptions according to practice protocols or patient-specific orders.
  • Order and collect specimens for laboratory tests and initiate patient referrals to other healthcare facilities and community resources.
  • Perform clinical procedures within established scope of practice guidelines and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and clinical policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a Physician Assistant Program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant, Inc.
  • Current unencumbered licensure as a Physician Assistant in the State of Pennsylvania required.
  • Board certification from the National Commission of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) at the time of hire and maintenance throughout employment.
  • Prior experience as a Physician Assistant in ENT preferred, with willingness to train in the specialty if candidate has prior clinical training.
  • Current AHA BLS and DEA registration for scheduled II-V Controlled Substances if prescribing.
  • Pennsylvania Controlled Substance Registration (CSR)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong leadership qualities.
