Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Access Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting our patients' medical and personal recoveries from substance use disorder.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming and returning calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Respond quickly to patient inquiries, providing accurate and empathetic support.
  • Schedule/reschedule patients to the appropriate clinic using various electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for our patients.
  • Answer basic patient questions and provide program-specific information as required.
  • Assist with other duties as directed by management.
Requirements
  • At minimum, a High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or call center settings is a plus.
  • Lived addiction experience is a valuable asset.
Work Schedule

Sunday-Tuesday, 8:00am-5:00pm
