About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Benevolent Hearts Home Care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities by providing support with daily tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal grooming and dressing
- Aid in mobility, ambulation, and prescribed exercises
- Prepare meals and snacks
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Assist with medication administration
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Accompany clients on errands and shopping trips
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in caregiving, Home Health Aide, or similar position (minimum 1 year professional experience or active CNA)
- First aid and CPR certification (preferable)
- Proficiency in basic housekeeping and cooking tasks
- Compliance with health and safety protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift heavy items
- Compassionate, respectful, and ethical demeanor
