Key Responsibilities:

  • Take and process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work with designers, sales team, and production team to ensure customer needs are met
  • Process billing and maintain customer files
  • Coordinate accounting credits and record customer order changes
  • Fax confirmations to customers and assist sales personnel as needed
  • Track warehouse items and analyze monthly usage to ensure availability
  • Comply with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of related customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years experience working in a manufacturing environment with customer service preferred
  • HRMS computer data-entry experience preferred
  • 2+ years experience in the corrugated box industry preferred
