C&S Contracting Co is seeking an experienced Bridge Construction Project Manager to lead our heavy highway infrastructure development projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of concrete structures and bridges in the state of Georgia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Scheduling
    • Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
    • Coordinate with superintendents and crew members to ensure smooth project execution.
    • Plan and schedule subcontractor and supplier activities 4-6 weeks in advance.
  • Project Budgeting and Cost Control
    • Estimate costs for heavy civil scope of work and review project cost budgets.
    • Monitor and address project job costs through VISTA and Heavy Job on a monthly basis.
    • Complete revised cost-to-completion and 12-month revenue projections on a monthly basis.
  • Communication and Leadership
    • Communicate project progress and challenges to leadership and team members.
    • Provide training and mentorship to Associate Project Managers.
    • Take ownership and responsibility for each project to track and complete within budget and schedule.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in heavy highway and 3-5+ years of project management experience in heavy highway infrastructure development.
  • Experience with GDOT projects is a plus.
  • Ability to estimate cost for heavy civil scope of work and thoroughly review project cost budgets.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to train and mentor team members.
