Project Management Opportunities at Van Daele Homes

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Professional to join our team as a Residential Project Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home building and a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in project management.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

As a Residential Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all offsite and onsite permits, including those required for models, trailers, utilities, encroachments, offsite building improvements, and certificates of occupancy.

You will also be responsible for monitoring and anticipating Government Fee Increases, Growth Issues, Legal Issues, and Safety Issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in all governmental and agency processing required for initiation of offsite and onsite improvements, tentative and final maps, variances, model complex, sales program (DRE/VA) and utilities.
  • Coordinate all offsite and onsite permits.
  • Maintain filing system in a complete and organized manner.
