About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our Facilities Team at McDonald's. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily maintenance tasks on oil fryers, including cleaning and lubricating equipment.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Logistics and Supply Chain: Unload delivery trucks twice a week and ensure that stock rooms are well-organized.
  • Waste Management: Take out and empty the trash compactor regularly.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and the roof of debris.
