Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Crossroads Animal Care Center. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing patient appointments, and maintaining accurate medical records.
Key Responsibilities- Answer multi-line phone system and respond to client inquiries
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring timely and efficient service
- Manage client paperwork, scanning, and faxing, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear and concise information about their pets' care and treatment
- Utilize computerized medical records and invoicing systems to ensure accurate and timely billing
- Monitor and maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for clients and staff
- 1+ year of experience in a veterinary reception or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely and efficient service to clients and staff
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Competitive hourly rate of $22.00
