We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Marketing Assistant. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for handling all orders from start to finish, maintaining exceptional customer service, and coordinating services to provide program participants with the necessary tools to sustain communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, providing personalized support and solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior sales team members to complete a full assessment of consumer needs and pass lead information for closing.
  • Assist in the setup, facilitation, and completion of marketing campaigns, including the design of marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research to better understand the marketing needs of the organization and its target audience.
