About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at the Institute for the Redesign of Learning. As an SLP, you will play a critical role in providing speech and language services to students with special needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized speech and language plans for students with diverse needs.
  • Administer assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths and areas of need.
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in speech and language therapy to ensure high-quality services.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • California licensure as an SLP.
  • Experience working with students with special needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
