Medical Assistant Float Specialist

Job Summary
The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) is an ideal opportunity for those seeking to be an integral part of a healthcare provider's office team. If you love variety, have a customer service attitude, and exemplify professional diplomacy, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform safe clinical skills within the scope of practice of the CMA, including clinical duties in the management of ambulatory patients.
- Work as an integral part of the team under the direction of a licensed healthcare practitioner.
- Utilize knowledge towards the integration of available standards, resources, and data.
- Assist with front office duties as needed, applying discretion, good judgment, and diplomacy towards excellent office and patient care management.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited program for Medical Assistants.
- Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C).
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a physician's office or other medical facility preferred.
