Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and administer treatment plans for walk-in patients
- Participate in clinical care coordination and case management with the integrated care team
- Provide care for acute care visits rather than primary care caseloads
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid and unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license with prescriptive privileges
- A minimum of two years of experience as an independent practitioner in an acute care or walk-in clinic setting
- A Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP)
