About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Transactional Attorney to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our corporate law practice, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on business law, real estate, and estate planning matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal counsel on corporate formation, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and other transactional matters.
  • Assist with business law, real estate, and estate planning transactions, including contract negotiation and drafting.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Work closely with our litigation team to handle civil litigation cases and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Must have a proven track record of generating a book of business and portables.
  • Must have experience with corporate law, real estate, and estate planning.
  • Must have previous experience with civil litigation and be open to handling some litigation cases.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in Boston, MA.
