Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Civil Site Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing challenging and varying land development projects, leading a team of experienced engineers and technicians, and mentoring junior staff.
Key Responsibilities- Manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians
- Mentor junior staff
- Communicate with clients and local and state agencies
- Prepare construction drawings, plans, and project specifications
- Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses
- BS in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- Experience in land development design and project management
- Communication skills for public hearings and working with public agencies
- PE license preferred
