Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality speech therapy services to pediatric patients, addressing a range of challenges including speech, communication, language, hearing, voice, and feeding/swallowing issues.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients, creating and implementing individualized treatment plans to meet their unique needs.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Provide clear and supportive instructions to patients and their families, promoting a holistic approach to patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited therapy program.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA).
- Active state licensure as per requirements.
- Previous experience working with pediatric patients is preferred.
- CPR Certification.
- Valid driver's license and insurance.
- Competitive weekly compensation.

- Annual compensation ranging from $2k to $108k, based on experience, tenure, and caseload volume.
