About the Role

MGA Homecare is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering specialized speech therapy services to pediatric patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality speech therapy services to pediatric patients, addressing a range of challenges including speech, communication, language, hearing, voice, and feeding/swallowing issues.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients, creating and implementing individualized treatment plans to meet their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Provide clear and supportive instructions to patients and their families, promoting a holistic approach to patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited therapy program.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA).
  • Active state licensure as per requirements.
  • Previous experience working with pediatric patients is preferred.
  • CPR Certification.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance.
