Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Actively greet and engage with customers in the service areas and on the sales floor to provide the best possible customer experience.
  • Store Maintenance: Support in maintaining a neat and tidy sales floor, ensuring a positive shopping experience by folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising garments according to H&M guidelines.
  • Inventory Management: Unload delivery trucks, receive, open, and unpack merchandise, and label merchandise with security tags within efficiency timeline goals.
  • Transaction Processing: Ring on the register, report, and handle all required transactions, issue receipts, and fold and place merchandise in appropriate bags following register best practices.
  • Loyalty Program Promotion: Educate and promote our H&M Loyalty program to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Share knowledge and skills with colleagues, offering help where needed to build a positive working environment.
