Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the CNC Maintenance Department and its personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing maintenance teams and ensuring the efficient operation of CNC equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of maintenance personnel to ensure the effective operation of CNC equipment.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Conduct regular inspections of CNC equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment maintenance, repairs, and replacements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Expertise in the maintenance and repair of CNC equipment, including programming and troubleshooting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of maintenance personnel.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other maintenance management tools.
