  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including tubs, showers, commodes, and mirrors.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen areas, including stoves, ovens, refrigerators, and sweep floors.
  • Vacuum and dust apartments, including furniture and fixtures.
  • Load dishes into the dishwasher and turn it on.
  • Replenish supplies, such as drinking glasses, linens, writing supplies, and bathroom items.
  • Replace dirty towels with clean ones.
  • Replace dirty bed linens, towels, and make the bed.
  • Remove debris from balconies and patios.
  • Observe precautions required to protect property and report damage, theft, and found articles to the Supervisor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
  • No previous experience required.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and practices.
  • Ability to read and write in English; ability to read and write and Spanish preferred.
  • Ability to consistently and reliably meet work schedule expectations.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
