We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team at Conn-Selmer. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

**Responsibilities:**
* Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, purchased parts, and finished products to ensure compliance with established standards and protocols.
* Identify and communicate components or processes that are performing at substandard yield.
* Accurately document the results of inspections and testing.
* Collaborate with Production Management and Quality to provide feedback to work associates regarding non-compliance issues.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

**Requirements:**
* Regular attendance and ability to work autonomously.
* Ability to use a variety of hand tools and measure devices.
* Mechanical and manufacturing process aptitude, including ability to read blueprints and material certifications.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to make sound judgments based on consistent and objective measures.
* Ability to evaluate established tolerances and standards.

**Physical Requirements:**
* Ability to sit or stand for 8 consecutive hours.
* Ability to perform repetitive work.
* Ability to safely lift 40 lbs. unassisted.
* Ability to bring items into sharp focus visually and detect subtle material defects.
* Frequent kneeling, crouching, bending, stooping, reaching, and pushing carts.
* Complies with all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

**Salary:**
$19.16 per hour
