  • Experience managing systems through infrastructure as code tools (e.g., CloudFormation, Ansible, Terraform).
  • Familiarity with container orchestration, Helm charts, and the Kubernetes ecosystem.
  • Experience with various database technologies (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
  • Knowledge of database virtualization and replication technologies.
  • Understanding of version control and release management practices.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD tools, particularly Jenkins.
  • Experience in Enterprise IT asset management or related fields.
  • Expertise in defining and implementing a comprehensive cloud reliability and observability strategy to ensure system availability.
  • Adept at resolving engineering challenges across hardware, software, network, applications, and cloud service providers.
