A Picker Packer is a warehouse employee responsible for picking items from shelves and packing them for shipment. They pack items, scan barcodes, and move packages to the correct location for shipping. Picker Packers are responsible for inspecting merchandise and products to ensure they have the right items, are not damaged, and nothing is missing per the order.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stocking: Picker Packers restock shelves
  • Tracking: Picker Packers track shipment arrival and departure times
  • Communication: Picker Packers communicate with team members
  • Organization: Picker Packers keep products organized
  • Inventory: Picker Packers use scanners to collect products and keep the inventory catalog up to date
  • Picking: Using an inventory list, Picker Packers locate items on shelves to fulfill customer orders
  • Packing: Picker Packers arrange items in shipping containers and prepare them for shipment
  • Quality control: Picker Packers assess the quality of products to ensure they are undamaged and meet quality standards
  • Labeling: Picker Packers label boxes for shipping

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience
  • Entry Level experience
