We are on the lookout for enthusiastic Personal Training Consultants (PTC) who are driven to establish a career rather than merely seeking employment. We seek individuals who are passionate about fitness and committed to assisting others in achieving and surpassing their fitness objectives.

As a PTC, your role will involve utilizing your expertise to promote our personal training offerings and guide members toward the appropriate trainer and training regimen tailored to their needs. Our primary aim is to encourage members to schedule a fitness assessment, where we will educate them on innovative training methods, customize workout plans, evaluate imbalances, and present personal training options for their consideration.

This position requires strong interpersonal skills, as you will engage with clients about their fitness aspirations, proactively approach members on the gym floor, and lead them through workout sessions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a competitive environment and possess a genuine love for fitness, particularly in the training domain.

Position Details
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Compensation: $18.00 per hour plus commission & bonuses
  • Work Hours: 8-hour shifts - Day shift: 9 AM - 1 PM, Evening shift: 5 PM - 8 PM
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday (one day off), Weekend availability: Saturday and/or Sunday 8 AM - 12 PM

Preferred Qualifications
  • Sales experience: 1 year
  • Customer service experience: 1 year
  • Certification: Certified Personal Trainer (Preferred)
