Position Type:
Full-Time

Shift:
Multiple Shifts Available (Day, Evening, Night)

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Evaluate and track patient health conditions
  2. Formulate and execute nursing care strategies
  3. Administer prescribed medications and therapies
  4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care
  5. Provide education to patients and their families regarding health maintenance and disease prevention
  6. Maintain comprehensive and precise patient documentation
  7. Engage in quality enhancement initiatives

Qualifications:
  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred
  • Specialty certification is advantageous but not mandatory (e.g., CCRN for ICU, CEN for ER, etc.)
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience in the selected specialty
  • BLS/ACLS certification as required by specialty
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
