Therapist Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Therapist to join our team at Applied Behavioral Services. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with our BCBAs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for young children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental delays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement behavioral intervention strategies under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and other school professionals to support clients' behavioral and developmental needs.
  • Conduct regular progress updates and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Associate's degree or 48 credit hours, as required by the Ohio Department of Education.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children, along with patience and compassion.

Compensation and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including paid time off, health insurance, and retirement plan matching.
