We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Private Pay Home Care Sales Representative to join our team in Manhattan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources and potential clients to drive growth in our private pay services. This role requires a strong understanding of the Manhattan market and the ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the client base through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.">
  • Establish and nurture relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior living communities, physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.">
  • Represent the company at health fairs, networking events, and community gatherings to promote awareness of our services.">
  • Meet with prospective clients and their families to understand their needs, explain services, and provide personalized care solutions.">
  • Implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.">
  • Partner with the care coordination team to ensure a smooth transition for new clients and maintain ongoing client satisfaction.">
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.">
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.">

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field preferred.">
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in home care, healthcare, or senior services.">
  • Strong understanding of the Manhattan market.">
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.">
  • Proven ability to develop relationships and close sales.">
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.">
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.">
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.">
  • Valid driver's license or reliable transportation for travel within Manhattan.">
  • Flexibility to attend events or meet with clients outside traditional business hours.">

Salary

The salary for this role is $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
