Candidate Profile:
  • 4-7 years of comprehensive experience in full lifecycle recruiting.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to foster relationships across all management levels.
  • Experience in recruiting for Federal Government Contracts.
  • Proficient with modern recruitment technologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Experience with various interview formats, including virtual platforms.
  • Understanding of DRT's cultural fit and the competencies that drive employee success.
  • Strong evaluative skills to identify candidates who exemplify our commitment to exceptional service and delivery.
Education Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
