Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage workload within the Supply Chain Track
  • Collaborate with product vendors to ensure seamless integration

  • Develop and maintain functional area business process knowledge of Supply Chain Track
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and transform them into Oracle Fusion SCM solutions
  • Participate in daily stand-up Supply Chain meetings and weekly/monthly meetings
  • Manage all activities within the track, including prioritization of incidents and enhancements
  • Triage and resolve high-priority functional tickets (incidents and problems)
  • Coordinate with business users to gather additional information on tickets
  • Coordinate with business users on new enhancements and help prioritize new enhancements
  • Responsible for end-user satisfaction
  • Conduct impact analysis for new releases on Supply Chain Track
  • Collect business requirements and coordinate with functional analysts on design elements, effort estimations, and delivery
  • Manage service levels for the Supply Chain Track
  • Update business users on risks of missing service levels
  • Manage and track Oracle SRs for the Supply Chain Track
  • Work with the Delivery Manager to escalate SRs not getting desired attention
