Job Title: Patient Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Patient Service Representative to join our team at Dental Care Alliance. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure.
  • Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, adhering to DCA policies and procedures.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist patients with completing treatment plans, including financial arrangements and insurance verification.
  • Maintain a clean and organized waiting area, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for patients.
Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a dental or medical office setting.
  • Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
