Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Physical Therapist to join our team at Jet Health, serving patients in the Westminster, Arvada, Thornton, Wheat Ridge, Northglenn, CO and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans to restore or maintain patient well-being.
- Evaluate and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and preventative care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Utilize durable medical equipment as needed and provide training to patients.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions.
- Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest therapy practices.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program.
- Licensure: Current State License or a multi-state license issued by a state member of the Physical Therapist Licensure Compact (PTLC) if practicing in a state member of the PTLC, or meets one of the requirements listed in 42 CFR § h).
- Experience: At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care, rehabilitation setting, or home health preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in therapy skills as defined by accepted standards of practice. Strong interpersonal skills. Current CPR certification. Knowledge of durable medical equipment.
