Job Title: Probate Attorney

We are seeking a skilled Probate Attorney to join our team at Sage Solutions Group. As a Probate Attorney, you will be responsible for managing a caseload from start to finish, including client meetings, drafting, filing, and serving pleadings, and regular court appearances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients to determine their needs and provide guidance on probate and estate planning matters
  • Draft and file pleadings, including wills, trusts, and guardianships
  • Represent clients in court, including probate and estate planning matters
  • Manage a caseload from start to finish, including client communication and follow-up
Requirements:
  • JD degree from an accredited law school
  • 3 years of experience in probate law, including wills, trusts, and guardianships
  • 1 year of experience in litigation
  • Proficiency in legal case management software
