Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Gemaire as a leader in the industry, ensuring maximum sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams, vendors, and contractors, to drive sales and resolve customer relations issues.
  • Responsible for showroom merchandising, re-stocking product, and completing sales order processes for customers.
  • Assist in resolving customer relations problems and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ year experience in a Counter Sales role, preferably in the HVAC industry.

  • Ability to work independently and meet assigned goals and objectives in designated time frames.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A willingness to learn and grow with our Company.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment.
