Job Title: Scrum Master/Project Manager

At Trademark Recruiting/Consulting, we are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master/Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading projects and teams to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality results.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Analyze and document project requirements, working closely with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
  • Manage vendor relationships and track vendor deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
  • Collaborate with functional managers to identify and remove project impediments, developing corrective action plans to ensure project success.
  • Promote effective communication and collaboration among project teams, ensuring deliverables and efficiencies are aligned with organizational goals.
  • Measure team performance and identify trends to improve velocity and throughput, leading teams and recognizing/rewarding outstanding performance.
  • Facilitate project initiation and standard team meetings, ensuring high-performing teams and successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Information Systems.
  • Two years of experience in project management, business analysis, or systems implementation, with experience coaching Agile methodologies and practices.
  • Experience managing project ROI through detailed resource tracking, cost variance management, and project scope changes.
  • Experience supporting custom and third-party business applications, as well as project interdependencies and systems integrations.
  • Experience improving systems, evaluating current state/practices, and recommending modifications.
  • Experience facilitating Agile team meetings and senior management retrospectives to build high-performing teams and ensure team success.
  • Experience working in a commercial P&C insurance carrier environment.
  • Experience leading projects and functions within an Agile framework.
