Frenchies Modern Nail Care is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented receptionist/concierge to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will provide a warm and welcoming experience, ensuring that every visit is a positive one.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service
  • Answer phone calls and assist with booking appointments
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the salon and assist the team as needed
  • Educate guests on our services and ensure a comfortable experience
  • Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Experience as a receptionist preferred
  • Exceptional customer service and professional phone manner
  • Overachieving attitude and enhanced work ethic
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
