We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at The Joint Chiropractic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients, managing the flow of patients through the clinic, and contributing to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to patients and members
  • Manage patient accounts and ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions
  • Participate in marketing and sales opportunities to attract new patients
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment
  • Stay up-to-date on membership options, packages, and promotions
  • Uphold The Joint Chiropractic's core values of TRUST, INTEGRITY, EXCELLENCE, RESPECT, and ACCOUNTABILITY

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Previous sales experience and strong phone and computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
