Your Role:
As an Instructor, you will embody a passionate and engaging persona, making a positive impact within the community by fostering a welcoming atmosphere for students and their families. You will receive training to deliver effective and clear math instruction. Your role will involve motivating and inspiring students to embrace learning by cultivating an engaging, positive, and productive educational environment, while also building confidence and demonstrating the value of our program. Instructors will play a key role in assessing and monitoring each student's progress through effective communication with the Center Manager and team, as well as fulfilling operational duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proficient in mathematical concepts up to Algebra
- Able to establish connections with both parents and children
- Prior experience working with children is advantageous
Flexible Scheduling:
This is a part-time role with adaptable hours. Schedules will vary by center, typically including afternoons, evenings, and weekends. We are looking for long-term team members who will remain with us throughout the academic year.
Compensation:
Starting hourly wage is $15.25.
