Job Summary

Eminence Home Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Assistant to join our team. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
  • Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation support.
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
  • Offer medication reminders to help clients stay on schedule.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client care.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and errands as needed.
Requirements
  • Previous caregiving experience preferred.
  • Ability to pass a criminal and background check.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and TB test.
  • Verification of professional references.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30 minutes.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
