We are seeking a skilled CVOR Surgical Technician to join our team at Travel Nurse Across America. As a CVOR Surgical Technician, you will play a vital role in assisting the surgical team during operative procedures.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of recent acute care experience and be certified in CVOR/Surgical Technology. You will be responsible for arranging and inventorying sterile set-ups, passing items to doctors and nurses, and demonstrating aseptic technique.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with moving and positioning of patients
- Clean and bandage wounds
- Confirm procedure with patient
- Maintain supplies and medical equipment
- Meet technical skills as outlined in checklist
Requirements:
- BLS certification
- 2 years of recent acute care experience
- NBSTSA Certification in CVOR/Surgical Technology
