About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Repair Specialist to join our team at Granville Health System. As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair work on hospital-owned buildings and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry. You will be expected to conduct routine inspections, perform repairs and maintenance tasks, and ensure that all work is completed in accordance with diagrams and manufacturer's manuals.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • High school graduate with general maintenance and plant operation abilities
  • Trade school certificate beyond high school
  • Familiarity with JCAHO, N.F.P.A., and Life Safety regulations and procedures
  • Electrical experience with a minimum of four years in commercial and industrial settings
  • Gas fired boiler operations and experience with gas fired steam generating boilers
