Responsibilities
  • Mixing and baking fresh artisan breads, pastries, and other sweet treats according to our weekly production schedule.
  • Ensuring the highest quality ingredients and supplies are used at all times.
  • Managing inventory levels and making orders as needed.
  • Performing kitchen-related duties to support our café operations.

What We Offer

We are offering a competitive salary of $$$45,000 - $55,000 per year based on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience as a baker or pastry artist.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
