Job Opportunity

Tal Healthcare is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Residency Program Director to lead our ACGME-accredited Psychiatry Residency Program. As a dynamic leader, you will oversee the administration, education, and development of the program, ensuring excellence in resident training and curriculum innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Psychiatry Residency Program.
  • Oversee all aspects of resident recruitment, selection, evaluation, and mentorship.
  • Develop and enhance the curriculum and didactic programs.
  • Ensure compliance with ACGME accreditation requirements.
  • Lead and mentor faculty in teaching, scholarly activities, and professional development.

Requirements:
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Board-certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN).
  • Minimum five years of academic and clinical experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, resident mentorship, and ACGME accreditation standards.
