Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Greet every customer and proactively approach them to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all customers.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing.
    • Use product knowledge to make recommendations and provide solutions to customers' needs.
  • Store Standards
    • Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards, including floor sets, signage, and inventory presentation.
    • Ensure a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Teamwork
    • Collaborate with teammates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Support the team across the store, including assisting with tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
  • Skills
    • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 15-35 lbs. items repetitively.
    • Ability to work extended periods of time standing or walking.
    • Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
