Job Summary:

As a Dishwasher at Whole Foods Market, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen areas. This includes washing, rinsing, and sanitizing dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares, as well as operating and sanitizing all equipment in a safe and proper manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and sanitation procedures.
  • Operate and sanitize all equipment, including dishwashers, ovens, and refrigerators.
  • Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares.
  • Assist in receiving and storing food and supplies.
  • Perform other tasks as needed to maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow health and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.
