Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with patients to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address their mental health and social needs.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to help patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary medical teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient-centered services.
- Advocate for patients' rights and interests, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity within our organization.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) degree and certification.
- Experience working with diverse patient populations, particularly those affected by HIV/AIDS.
