Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Sacramento City Unified School District.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavioral interventions and support students with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Collaborate with special education teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans.
  • Provide direct support to students in the classroom and in small group settings.
  • Collect and record data on student behavior and progress.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. special education, psychology, behavior analysis).
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Experience working with students with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
