Concrete Foreman

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Foreman to join our team at Trillium Staffing. As a Concrete Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of concrete flatwork, ensuring high-quality results and meeting project deadlines.

• Lead a team of flatwork installers and ensure they have the necessary skills and equipment to complete projects efficiently.
• Inspect and test concrete flatwork to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Develop and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and deliver results that meet their expectations.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in flatwork installation, with a focus on hand curb and gutter experience.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings and maintain a clean driving record.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
