Job Title: Financial Analyst

Community Teamwork Inc is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our Finance and Accounting Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and analyzing the Division's program and contract performance to ensure financial sustainability and achievement of program goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Director of Contracts and Planning Team on funding initiatives and budget projections.
  • Develop budgets that align and support the scope of the contract.
  • Manage the Division's budget in collaboration with Program Management.
  • Monitor and analyze budget against actuals, identifying potential issues and recommending corrective actions.
  • Host monthly budget monitoring meetings with Program Management and Grant Accountant.
  • Assist with financial reporting requirements to external stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with Program Management and Finance and Accounting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 year of experience in grant accounting or nonprofit finance.
  • Proficiency in data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work effectively with people from a diverse range of backgrounds, cultures, and identities, including underserved communities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Contract and Grant management and compliance.
  • NetSuite ERP / NSPB.
